Project Pathway is a player-first development platform designed to help footballers of all ages and skill levels, from U6 to aspiring and current professionals. Led by a former Premier League academy scout and coach, we combine grassroots training with pro-level talent identification and development. Based in the DC area, we offer high-intensity technical training, video analysis, and performance-driven pathways for every player.
We’re comitted to fostering a love for the game at the grassroots level, while also providing a clear pathway to professional opportunities.
